Dusk Diver is a vibrant action RPG that takes place in the iconic streets of Taipei. In this game, an unstable Dimensional Rift brings together gods, phantoms, and humans, and headstrong high school girl Yang Yumo must step up to protect her neighborhood. Players can fight alongside their Guardians, powerful gods who can unleash ultimate attacks, as part of a dynamic action-oriented combat system. They can also expand their abilities by immersing themselves in the bustling streets, stores, personalities, and even cuisines of Taipei.

The game features three types of beings: the gods of the sacred place named Kunlun, the phantoms born in the dimension of chaos, and the mortal humans, for whom the idea of gods and phantoms is a distant yet familiar concept. The converging energy flows of these two dimensions rip open an unstable Dimensional Rift, which occurs every evening at dusk, when the energy flows become even more chaotic and violent.

Dusk Diver Day One Edition offers a high-quality art book packed with gorgeous visuals, concept art, and character profiles. Players can also receive 7 character badges featuring the colourful inhabitants of Taipei's Ximending district.

In the game, players take on the role of resolute high schooler Yang Yumo, whose spiritual powers are awakened when she unknowingly enters a hostile and unfamiliar world. They can vanquish enemies with a dynamic action-oriented combat system, chaining up light and heavy attacks, executing powerful combos, and accumulating power to unleash the devastating D.Arms combat mode.

Players can summon and fight alongside multiple Guardians, who can unleash ultimate attacks for a wider variety of combat strategies. They can also immerse themselves in the city, boosting their attributes by exploring stores, tasting local delicacies, and forming bonds with their Guardians.

The game features a cast of prominent voice actors, including Rina Sato (Persona 5, Bleach, AO no Exorcist) voicing the heroine Yang Yumo. The unique Taipei neighborhood of Ximending is vividly recreated using Unreal Engine, bringing the bustling district and its inhabitants to life with gorgeous visuals and battle sequences.
